Set the water as low as about 3 degrees C for a bracing plunge, or up to about 42 for a warm relaxing soak. The integrated 1 HP heating and cooling system means no ice runs and no topping up.

Give your home routine a dedicated place. The Mecovery Hot & Ice Bath pairs a dark cabinet and natural timber detailing with a 304 stainless steel bathing interior and integrated heating and cooling. The timber rim and equipment top give the bath a considered finish, with the heating and cooling built into one system.
The integrated 1 HP unit manages an approximate water-temperature range of 3–42°C, subject to conditions and correct installation. Choose the temperature for the session you have planned, then allow the water time to reach it.

Plan your temperature ahead
A change from a warm soak to a cold plunge takes time. Starting water temperature, your selected setting, ambient conditions, water volume and use of the cover all affect the changeover. Set the bath in advance of your session; it does not switch instantly between hot and cold.
Keep water care part of the routine
Filtration and ozone help with water care. Regular cleaning, testing and the treatment instructions supplied with your unit remain essential. Follow the supplied maintenance guidance for cleaning, filtration and water treatment.
